SOCIAL & CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
Here at Affinity, Corporate responsibility is endorsed and ingrained at the highest level in our company. We believe that we can build a successful business while also doing something nice for others with no strings attached.
Operating within the human resource space, the very nature of our business is to help others, whether this is by placing an individual in a perfect job, helping companies to grow their business or helping others who are less fortunate and raising awareness for much-needed causes.
Time and time again, it is proven that the best way on how to reduce the global poverty, minimize conflicts and violence is through education. That is also why we choose to support KYGN, a non-governmental organization based in a rural part of Tanzania, Moshi. KYGN means Kilimanjaro Young Girls in Need and it focuses on education, mainly for girls who are often left behind, and it also provides a basic health care and social care for those who need it.
